The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) form a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you and BE Bliss Yoga and Wellness, a Sole Proprietorship operating out of the Province of British Columbia (“BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness”). BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness may modify, amend, supplement and replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing you with advance notice. Your continued use of this Site after any change means you have accepted the changed Terms and Conditions.


Trademark & Copyright. Logos for BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness are trademarks of BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness and its affiliates (the “Marks”). You must obtain written permission from BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness to use the Marks. All materials created by BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness on the Site are protected by Canadian copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness. The contents of this Site are all copyrighted by BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness, unless otherwise noted. Refunds. Our refund policy for any of the services or products sold on the Site is as follows: All services can be refunded as credits towards other services. All class purchases can be refunded as credits towards other classes, recordings or workshops. In the future, if we sell products on-site, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect the refund policy as it relates to those products.

Disclaimer. Our goal is to share information in an informative, open, and honest way. That being said, any information and services provided on or through the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. What we share is the opinion and perspective of BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness. The information and education is not intended or implied to supplement or replace medical advice. No Guarantees. We make no guarantees about any particular results or benefits that you’ll get from our Site, our products or services. Site Terms of Use Modifications. BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness may revise these Terms and Conditions for its Site at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Site after BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness modifies this Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated version of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on the Site, even if BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Choice of Laws and Venue. The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims relating to BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness’ Site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Indemnity. As a condition of your use of this Site, you indemnify BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness and its directors and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting or arising from your use of this Site.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness linked to these Terms and Conditions or contained on this Site constitute the entire agreement between you and BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness relating to your use of this Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that portion or provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Paragraph headings are for reference only.

The following Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) will clearly communicate my expectations in working together. Please raise any questions you have before signing to make sure we are on the same page moving forward. Let’s do this!

In exchange for agreeing to work together with BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

Contractual Terms

Parties. This Agreement is made between BE Bliss Yoga and Wellness, a Sole Proprietorship based in the Province of British Columbia (“BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness”, “I”, “me”, and “my”) and you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand) or person who has clicked “I Agree” to this Agreement (“you” and “your”).

My Commitment to You. I promise to provide you with the following services: Health Coaching, Ayurveda and Yoga services integrating Western Science, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services (the “Services”). Here is what you can expect from me:

I perform a complete and holistic assessment of your current health and past medical history that integrates the knowledge systems of Ayurveda, Yoga and Western science.

I provide personalized holistic insights and recommendations based on this assessment that integrate Ayurveda, Yoga and Western science and address all aspects of your health and wellbeing, including nutrition, lifestyle, herbs, supplements, treatments/bodywork, yoga, exercise, and mental-emotional wellness.

What I Expect of You. Just as you are investing in me, I am also investing time and energy in you. For you to gain the most from the our practice together and the Services, here is what I expect of you:

Time Integrity. Let’s honor our time. Time integrity and keeping your word is important. Please arrive on time, honor the length of the Services and the cancellation policy detailed in section 6 below.

Ownership. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being and actions during the course of the Services.

Commitment. I expect you to have a sincere interest in Ayurveda (and Yoga) and are committed to making long-term changes to your nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Communication. I expect you to be upfront and honest about how your body works, what pains you have and your medical history. I can’t help if I don’t know what you are experiencing!

I expect you to understand that these systems of knowledge have a different view of health, and the cause of disease, from that of the conventional system of Western medicine, and therefore will produce recommendations that may differ from those of a Western medical physician.

Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of execution by both parties and will continue for the duration of the Services as agreed upon between you and BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness (the “Term”).

The Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by providing 30 days advance written notice to the other party (email is fine). However, if you terminate the Agreement before the Term is complete, you will be obligated to make all payments as outlined in Schedule “A'' Services.

BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of the expectations outlined in section 3 above and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness.

Payment. Payment details and cost for the Services are outlined in Schedule “A” Services.


Cancellations and Refunds. Integrity and keeping your word are the cornerstones of all success. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my cancellation and refund policy:

Refunds. We provide non-transferable credit, but no refunds.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy. Please give 48 hours’ notice if you have to cancel or reschedule, provided it is in the timeframe of this Agreement. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, your appointment will not be refunded or rescheduled.

No Guarantees. BE Bliss Yoga & Wellness cannot guarantee the success of the Services. I promise to provide you with the opportunity and support to see you grow, but the success of the Services ultimately depends on you. As such, no guarantees can be made for any particular outcome from my Services.

Ownership of Materials. All the content that I have provided to you, including but not limited to videos, documents and PDFs, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used.

Confidentiality. I want you to know that everything shared throughout the Services is strictly confidential. You, on the other hand, are free to share anything about yourself you choose to. I may choose to share anonymous information for professional or promotional purposes, but confidential or personal information will only be used to complete the Services, except for in the following scenarios:

To provide any necessary or relevant information to a medical or healthcare professional or entity,

As required by law or court order,

When there is a risk of imminent danger to yourself or others,

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a child or any vulnerable person is in need of protection.

Waiver. Before the Services can begin, you must sign my Waiver Agreement form. Please read it and make sure you understand it. You need to sign that form as well as this Agreement so that I can be absolutely sure you understand and agree to it.

Standard Legal Things. Choice of Laws and Venue. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed by any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. I agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having You click “I Agree,” the effect of which will be the same as if I signed this Agreement by hand.
