Ajinkya offers classes twice a week in a progressive training method for 4 weeks to keep the body and mind healthy. It is best to join the class throughout the month for the best learning and practice experience.

This class is designed keeping in mind "Everyone". This means you can be a beginner or someone who is already familiar with yoga.
